You are to provide a valid government-issued, company-issued, or educational institution-issued identification. Acceptable IDs include: Ghana Card, Driver’s License, International Passport, Voter ID Card, Staff ID, Student ID, SSNIT ID Card, or NHIS Card.
Most notarized documents are processed within 24 to 48 hours. The only time you would experience delays is if you fill the notarization form incorrectly or if you upload an incorrect document.
We notarize documents intended for international use, such as academic certificates, employer affidavits, or visa-related documents. For documents to be used solely within Ghana, please visit a local lawyer around you.
Yes. All our notary lawyers are officially called to the Ghana Bar and have at least ten years of experience. They are appointed by the Chief Justice as notaries public. You can verify their names via the Ghana Bar Association’s list of lawyers at glc.gov.gh/resources/roll-of-lawyers
